Applies only to purchases made online or by telephone (please note purchases made in store are subject to the store Returns Policy which is different to purchases made online or by telephone. Ask in store for store Returns Policy).
These terms and conditions of ordering from our website set out the basis upon which you can use our website and place orders for items on offer. By ordering goods from our website you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
The Seller of the goods featured is Venilals.com, a trading name of Celebrations By Shri Venilals imited. Our registered office is at 99-103 Ealing Road, Wembley, Middlesex, London HA0 4BP.
Our display of products on our website is an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products.
We take payment from your card, when we process your order and have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.
A contract is formed between Celebrations By Shri Venilals Limited and you when we have dispatched the goods that you have ordered. Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to your order, orders for which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. For a list of exceptions please refer to our Returns Policy.
Every care is taken to describe products as accurately as possible. Designs and colours may vary, also colours and embroidery are not guaranteed, so please dry clean only. Due to photographic light, items may appear slightly different in colours and embroidery.

Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt enclosing details of your name, order number and reason for return. Please note that returning any item without your order details may delay the processing of your refund/exchange. Customers should note that we will not be able to refund or exchange if the return is received after 10 days of receipt of your order.
In the case of exchanges, you may want to contact us and let us know which item you wish to exchange for. We may be able to reserve it for you to ensure it does not get sold while your item is on its way back to us!
Please retain proof of postage when sending items back to us as we cannot accept any responsibility for any items lost in transit. We strongly recommend that customers use a tracked courier or signed-for delivery method. We also recommend that you take out adequate insurance to cover the cost of the item in the event of any loss in transit.
For items being returned from outside the European Union, please make sure you mark any customs forms with "Returning for Refund" to avoid any delay or costs in processing your refund.
We aim to refund you any money you have paid for your purchase (excluding postage) to your original payment method within 30 days (at the latest) of its receipt back by us, to the debit/credit card or other payment method originally used for your purchase.
Please note, returns from online and telephone orders will not be accepted in store.
Please note that the original postage and packaging for your order is not refundable.
Customers will have to cover the postage and packaging costs of items returned to us for refunds or exchanges.
In the event your original order qualified for ‘free delivery’, and you decide to return any items from that order, our standard postage & packing costs will be deducted from any refund due.
