Delivery options

Two delivery options are offered at checkout on everything we send out:

  • Standard Delivery — 3 to 5 working days. £3.00 on orders under £15, £4.00 from £15 to £99.99, and £7.00 on orders of £100 and over.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 — order before 3pm. £4.00 on orders under £15 and £6.95 from £15 to £99.99. Orders of £100 and over are sent by DPD Next Day at £9.95.

The exact cost is shown at checkout before any payment is taken.

Tracked 24 and the 3pm cut-off

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a tracked service that aims to deliver on the next working day. It is not a guaranteed service, and Royal Mail does not guarantee the delivery date.

Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are sent the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at a weekend or on a bank holiday are sent on the next working day. An order placed on Friday afternoon is therefore sent on Monday.

Tracked 24 is not available on Ganesh idols or mandirs, which are collection only, or on bajots and pooja chowkis, which are sent by courier on their own delivery rates.

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched the same day, and always within one working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Delivery area

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Ganesh idols - collection only

All Ganesh idols, eco-friendly clay and POP alike, are hand-painted and too fragile to be sent by courier. They are available for Click and Collect only and cannot be delivered at any size.

Mandirs and home temples - collection only

Our mandirs and home temples are hand-painted and hand-carved, and range up to 82cm and 8kg. They are too fragile and too bulky to be sent by courier, so they are available for Click and Collect only. This applies to all Jaipuri painted, Sevan wood, MDF and oxidised silver mandirs.

Click and Collect

Collection is free. Idols, murtis and mandirs are collected from Heritage, 97 Ealing Road (1st Floor), or Celebrations, 99-103 Ealing Road, Wembley. We will contact you by email or telephone as soon as your order is ready to collect.
