Adiyogi means "the first yogi". This is Lord Shiva sitting in deep meditation, shown from the chest up in a calm, peaceful pose. He has long flowing hair, a silver crescent moon, gold earrings and a string of dark beads. The word Adiyogi is written in gold on the base.
This statue is black. It is about 10cm (4 inch) tall, with an oval base about 11cm wide. It weighs about 345g. It looks lovely in a home temple, on a desk or as a gift.
About our handmade products
About our handmade products
Most of what we sell is made by hand in India: our murtis, mandirs, pooja items, sarees and clothing. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly the same. The carving, painting, pattern, stitching or finish may differ a little from the photo. Wood grain and marble markings are natural and vary from piece to piece.
Colours can also look slightly different on each phone or laptop screen, and sizes are approximate.
If you need an exact colour, size or pattern, please message us on WhatsApp with a photo, or visit our shops on Ealing Road, Wembley, to see the item before you buy.
