Eco-Friendly Ganesh Visarjan Idol – Crimson Dhoti & Peacock Blue Khes, Gold Jata Mukut, 6 inch

A deep crimson dhoti with a thin gold hem line, worn under a peacock blue khes that crosses the chest, passes over the left shoulder and falls down the back.

The headdress is a gold jata mukut — a matted-hair topknot with smooth fluted side flaps that curve down past the ears like horns — over a black fringe at the temples. A ribbed hasli torque sits at the throat with a long chain looping to the belly, and the forehead carries a white six-petal flower between two rani pink discs. He sits with the right hand raised in abhaya and the left resting on a grass green bolster, on a two-tier plinth with a marigold top slab over a lilac base, the grey mushak on the yellow tier at his front left.

The two-tier marigold and lilac plinth is unique to this one in the batch. Natural clay, painted by hand, and made to dissolve gently at immersion.
