Eco-Friendly Ganesh Visarjan Idol – Full Safa Set, Antique Gold Paithani & Maroon, ~15 inch

Antique gold paithani-style brocade woven with dark green vines and pink, purple and orange florals makes up the safa and drape, worn under a maroon velvet angarkha heavy with gold sequin scrollwork.

Part of the nine-piece Safa collection in this year's 15 inch range, each one dressed in real fabric rather than painted cloth.

Hand-painted on eco-friendly clay and dressed by hand.

The standout piece is a large gold crescent chest ornament set with clear and turquoise rhinestones, worn where the other Safa idols carry beaded haars. An orange peacock motif sits on the panel behind the white pleated fan of the turban.
