Eco-Friendly Ganesh Visarjan Idol – Jewellery Style, Saffron Dhoti & Ruby Bolsters, ~15 inch

A tall diamante cone rises from a scalloped gold fan crown hung with pearl ropes and ruby and sapphire cabochons, above a bare chest and a marigold saffron dhoti in crisp fan pleats with a green and gold brocade border.

One of nine Jewellery-style idols in this year's 15 inch range.

Hand-painted on eco-friendly clay, with the stones set by hand one at a time.

The deep red bolsters either side are studded with tiny diamantes and finished with gold brocade lace, and a pearl drop hangs from the trunk. Delicate white and purple flower sprays are painted across the forehead, trunk and shoulder — the only piece in this batch given a floral face.
