Eco-Friendly Ganesh Visarjan Idol – Lemon Dhoti & Rani Pink Khes, Reclining on the Mushak, 6 inch

A lemon canary dhoti with gold brush flourishes on the folds, under a deep magenta rani pink khes that crosses the chest from the left shoulder and drapes its pleated tail over the mushak's back.

The headdress is a broad swept-back gold pagdi — a crested turban with a small round knob on top and a fluted, beaded lower edge — with a black moulded hair tuft in front of the right ear. A thick gold beaded haar hangs in a U across the chest and a second chain runs diagonally over the trunk, which is hatched in red. He reclines in lalitasana directly on a large coiled grey mushak, head and forepaws facing forward-left, on a rough-edged lavender plinth with no mattress and no bolster.

The coiled reclining mushak makes a longer, lower silhouette than the upright mushak mounts. Eco clay, hand-painted, breaking down gently in water.
