A marigold yellow dhoti with a gold border under a deep maroon khes that crosses the left shoulder and wraps the back like a sash.
This is a four-armed mould — the upper hands raised open-palmed with gold fingertips, the lower left holding a round modak. The crown is a broad flat gold fan, shell-shaped with a small bun on top, quite unlike the horned jata crowns elsewhere in the batch. Janeu-style gold chains cross the chest, red dot-and-stroke henna marks are painted on the palms and soles, and a clear red Om sits between the brows. He sits cross-legged on a violet indigo mat with a gilt brown border laid on a single lilac slab, the mushak lying flat on the mat at his front right.
The first of the four-armed moulds in this batch, and the only one holding a modak. Eco clay throughout, hand-painted, safe to immerse.
