Eco-Friendly Ganesh Visarjan Idol – Marigold Dhoti & Teal Khes, Riding the Mushak, 6 inch

A marigold saffron dhoti with gold streak detailing under a teal peacock blue khes that goes over the left shoulder, sweeps across the back and hangs at the side.

Same two-armed baby mould as its pink cousin, with the identical swept-back gold pagdi — front peak, embossed beaded browband — and one white tusk on the right. A fine gold beaded haar sits over a heavier collar, with armlets and wrist bangles and red crescents painted on the belly. He is seated astride the grey mushak with its head forward at his right, on a pale lavender plinth. The forehead carries a red and white daisy tilak with a small red Om beneath and a black hair patch at the temple.

Teal is the coolest colour in the batch and the only one that reads blue-green rather than blue. Natural clay, painted by hand, safe to immerse at home or in a tank.
