Eco-Friendly Ganesh Visarjan Idol – Marigold Dhoti & Violet Khes, Coiled Mushak Seat, 6 inch

A marigold saffron dhoti with gold flourishes under a grape violet khes over the left shoulder and across the chest, its end hanging down the right side onto the mushak.

Same crested gold pagdi with a top knob and fluted edge, black hair tuft at the temple, bare pink ears. A gold beaded haar crosses the chest with a chain running over the red-hatched trunk, and armlets, bangles and anklets all in moulded relief. Two arms — the right raised in abhaya, the left palm-up on the knee — reclining on the same large coiled grey mushak with its head forward-left, on a pale lilac plinth. Two red crescents are painted on the belly.

Violet on marigold is the deepest contrast of the three reclining pieces. Unfired clay throughout, painted by hand, no plaster anywhere.
