A rani pink dhoti with gold flourishes under a lemon yellow khes worn over both shoulders, falling down the front and covering the back.
The only upright four-armed seated idol among the last group — both upper hands raised open-palmed with gold cuffs, the lower right raised, the lower left resting by the bolster. The headdress is a small coiled gold jooda ending in a knob rather than a wide turban. Two necklaces cross the chest, a beaded collar high up and a long thick haar looping to the belly. He sits on a violet purple gadi edged with a thin black band, stacked on a lilac plinth, with an emerald green bolster and a gold stud at his right side. There is no mushak on this one, and a hand-painted Devanagari mould mark shows on the black band at the front.
The absence of a mushak and the painted mould mark make this the one collectors will spot. Hand-modelled eco clay, ready to immerse.
Size: 6 inch (approx)
Style: Plain
Material: Clay, Eco-Friendly, hand-painted
Ideal for: a shelf where a mushak would crowd the space, Ganesh Chaturthi, eco-friendly visarjan
Click and Collect only. The four raised palms make this awkward to pack — collection from Ealing Road, Wembley.
