Eco-Friendly Ganesh Visarjan Idol – Yellow Khes & Pink Dhoti, Green Modak Cushion, ~15 inch

A golden yellow khes runs over the shoulder and down the back above a hot pink dhoti, with the idol settled into a carved wooden-style throne padded with a deep purple bolster and a rounded green modak cushion at his side.

It's one of nine Plain-tier idols in this year's 15 inch range, each in a different khes-and-dhoti pairing.

Hand-painted on eco-friendly clay, ready for a gentle biodegradable immersion.

The green cushion beside him is moulded in the shape of a modak, the steamed sweet dumpling said to be Ganesh's favourite offering. It's a piece of sculpting most idols in this size leave out, and the mushak sits tucked against the bolster just behind it.
