Lord Ganesh is the remover of obstacles and the god of new beginnings. People pray to him first before any puja, new home, new business or special day.
Here Ganesh sits on a carved brown and gold throne, wearing an orange dhoti and a gold crown, with a bowl of laddoos and his mouse at his feet. This resin statue is painted in bright orange, blue, red and gold. It is about 15cm (6 inch) tall and weighs about 535g. It is a lovely piece for your home temple, living room or shelf, and makes a good Diwali gift. Each piece is made by hand, so it can be a little different from the photo.
About our handmade products
About our handmade products
Most of what we sell is made by hand in India: our murtis, mandirs, pooja items, sarees and clothing. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly the same. The carving, painting, pattern, stitching or finish may differ a little from the photo. Wood grain and marble markings are natural and vary from piece to piece.
Colours can also look slightly different on each phone or laptop screen, and sizes are approximate.
If you need an exact colour, size or pattern, please message us on WhatsApp with a photo, or visit our shops on Ealing Road, Wembley, to see the item before you buy.
