Dasha Maa, the goddess of good fortune. Made from resin and painted by hand.
A good size at 23cm tall. It fits a medium home mandir, a shelf or a side table.
Many Gujarati families keep the Dashama vrat, a ten-day fast in her honour, in the monsoon months. She is prayed to for good luck and to turn hard times into good ones.

Most of what we sell is made by hand in India: our murtis, mandirs, pooja items, sarees and clothing. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly the same. The carving, painting, pattern, stitching or finish may differ a little from the photo. Wood grain and marble markings are natural and vary from piece to piece.
