A hand-carved Sevan wood mandir in plain, natural wood. The two doors have carved peacock panels with open gaps. Dust stays out, but you can still see the murti.
The top is carved by hand and the pillars are round. One drawer in the base holds agarbatti, wicks and prayer beads. The doors open flat against the frame, so nothing gets in the way during aarti.
The wood is left plain. You can keep its pale colour, or oil or wax it to make the grain darker.
