How delivery and collection workHandmade items, so colours and details may differ a little from the photo.
A small Lord Murugan on a gold pillar base, with his vel and peacock picked out in fine gold. It is light and stands steady, so it works well on a car dashboard, in a travel pooja kit or as a small gift. This one has a yellow dhoti.
Lord Murugan (Kartikeya) is the son of Shiv and Parvati. He is much loved in Tamil homes and is prayed to for courage, wisdom and success. His vel (spear) was a gift from his mother Parvati.
Good for
- A car dashboard or travel pooja kit
- A small mandir, desk or shelf
- A small gift for a Murugan devotee

About our handmade products
About our handmade products
Most of what we sell is made by hand in India: our murtis, mandirs, pooja items, sarees and clothing. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly the same. The carving, painting, pattern, stitching or finish may differ a little from the photo. Wood grain and marble markings are natural and vary from piece to piece.
Colours can also look slightly different on each phone or laptop screen, and sizes are approximate.
If you need an exact colour, size or pattern, please message us on WhatsApp with a photo, or visit our shops on Ealing Road, Wembley, to see the item before you buy.
